the location was great in the center. friendly staff provided a good breakfast. the building was beautiful and very clean, i noticed. i found the on-site parking quite convenient .
my room did not get cleaned unless i requested it, a detail not initially disclosed to me.

the front desk personnel, the breakfast staff, and the housekeeping team were wonderfully friendly and helpful. the buffet and cooked breakfast were quite tasty. the room décor had a simple, fresh design and was quite good. we had great luck with parking and found a spot right in front.

The staff was helpful. The hotel has historical elements. I loved the wood and furniture. I noticed some art deco glass.
The carpets on the stairs had dust. This was an easy fix. The cleaning team should address this issue. My toilet had not been cleaned.
